A Scout may take up to 3 Merit Badge blocks.

Please pay attention to how many blocks each Merit Badge requires (3 total blocks per Scout)

A Merit Badge Worksheet will be provided for each merit badge they are enrolled in. Prerequisites may be completed before the course if a Scout would like to potentially complete the badge the day of the Fair. Not all Merit Badges can be completed solely at the Merit Badge Fair. Some Merit Badges will have requirements that must be completed outside of the fair.

Please use the bottom of this flyer and the Unit/Individual Registration form to register and pay in the office OR pay and register for the event online at  https://scoutingevent.com/488-59769. When paying online, please email a copy of the completed Unit/Individual Registration Form to adouglas@okscouts.org. Please see the block schedule to choose the courses you would like to take. Our online portal will also provide scheduling at time of registration. Schedules are subject to change. If emailing, faxing, or mailing: complete the attached Unit/Individual Registration form and make checks payable to the “B.S.A.”  Send checks with Registration form to: Indian Nations Council Service Center, 4295 South Garnett, Tulsa OK 74146, noting that it is for the “Metro Merit Badge Fair”.
