Will Rogers Tahlequah Merit Badge Fair (2024)

Saturday, February 3rd, 2024
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Each registrant will receive a Merit Badge Fair Patch
Fee includes lunch for both youth and adults.
A Scout may take up to 6 Merit Badge blocks.
Please pay attention to how many blocks each Merit Badge requires (6 total blocks per scout).
Sign up is first come first served through the new online portal.
Scheduling will be completed during the online registration process!
If submitting registration via email, fax, or mail, 2 alternate MB selections are required!
Scouts may earn partials.
Blue Cards and earned requirement report will be provided through the online software reporting.
All Adult Training classes included in Adult fee.
Registration after January 26 requires DE approval
Each scout will need a Merit Badge Pamphlet for each merit badge for which he is enrolled. Prerequisites may be completed before hand if a scout would like to complete the badge the day of the Fair. Please have extra adults from each troop available to assistance in the classrooms. Adult Training will also be offered.
Please pay and register online at https://scoutingevent.com/488-59406. When paying online please email the attached registration form to cgarrett@okscouts.org. Our new online portal will provide scheduling at time of registration. Schedules are subject to change for class balancing. For our lunch count, please register all Adults and Youth. Because of class room size there is a cap of 500 Scouts, so please turn your registration in early.
