Basic Instructor Training (BIT)

NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) is the initial step in developing NRA Certified Instructors who possess the
knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to conduct NRA Basic Firearm Training Courses.
The 6-hour agenda teaches the NRA policies and procedures as well as effective teaching methods for training students.
BIT is a pre-requisite for all discipline-specific (Rifle, Shotgun, Pistol) Instructor courses.
You must be at least 21 years old to take this course.
This course is limited to registered members of the Boy Scouts of America.

Advance registration is required by Friday, July 20, 2019. Course limited to max. 24 participants.

Fee: $16.00 Includes required course materials and range fees.
Lunch is NOT included in the fee. Please bring a sack lunch and drink.
Additional information will be emailed to participants upon receipt of registration with fee.
