2019 Eagle District: WEBELOS OUTDOOR WEEKEND

At Mabee Scout Reservation

Arrive:   Scout Troops – 7:00 PM on 9/27/19

Webelos Dens - 7:30 AM on 9/28/19

 Cost:   $8.00/Person on or before 9/13/19 (Early Bird)

$12.00/Person on or after 9/14/19

Registration Deadline – 9/20/19

 Webelos Outdoor Weekend is an interactive event where Webelos, their parents and den leaders will camp with Scout Troops and participate in multiple activities and advancements.  Webelos and their parents will need to make arrangements to be hosted by an Eagle District Scout Troop for their meals and overnight camping.  (Additional meal costs may apply.)  Camp check-out will occur at 10:00 AM on Sunday morning, September 29th, following a camp-wide chapel service.

Activities: We are preparing a weekend filled with Adventures, Advancement, getting to know Scout Troops, and tons of games and activities.  This year’s theme is…Filming through Adventure!  Units should pick a fun cinema movie or genre (e.g. Vikings, Roman Empire, Wild West, Sci-Fi are all possible themes) and throw their spirit into it!  Gateways, campsite décor, and games should represent somewhere in time!   We will bring back some of the top activities and games from past WoW’s, so sign up soon!
