Scouting’s flagship event is one-of-a-kind. It’s a gathering of approximately 40,000 Scouts, leaders, and staff that showcases everything that is great about the BSA and its members. Held every four years, the Jamboree is an amazing opportunity for participants, volunteers, and visitors to experience the best of Scouting, all in one place. Features include; one of the longest zip line courses in North America, a world-class skate park, ATV offerings, treetop canopy tours, rock climbing, patch trading, stadium shows, and much more!

The Indian Nations Council is forming our contingent to send to the Jamboree consisting of 2 Jamboree Troops.  More information will be presented but start NOW by making plans to attend this once-in-a-lifetime event.

Youth Requirement:  Scouts attending must be a registered Scout BSA or Venture Scout in the Indian Nations Council.  Scouts must be at least 13 years old and First-Class rank by the time of the contingent's departure.  All Scouts must be younger than 18 for the duration of the trip and Venture Scouts must be younger than 21 for the duration of the trip.  All youth will register online and once approved can begin to make payments directly to the Indian Nations Council.  A link to register for the Jamboree will be made available soon by the National Jamboree Committee.

Adult Requirement:  Adults attending with the council's contingent must be registered in the Indian Nations Council, interviewed by the Jamboree committee, and be approved prior to being able to register online. 

Dates: Jamboree:  July 12-29, 2023 (travel days are built in before and after the Jamboree for touring).

Location:  Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve (a.k.a The Summit), West Virginia

Cost: $2900

Cost includes: Jamboree fee, all meals, touring, hotels, travel, INC Jamboree swag (t-shirts, hats, patches, travel duffel bag, etc.)

Deposit of $300 (non-refundable)

Suggested monthly payments of $520 through March of 2023

Payment #1 of $866 - by December 1 2022

Payment #2 of $866 - by January 15, 2022

Payment #3 of $868 - by March 1, 2023
