Den Leader Training gives you the confidence to lead a fun, successful den from day one. You'll learn how meetings work, discover resources that save you time, connect with experienced volunteers, and gain practical ideas you can use immediately. Whether you're brand new to Scouting or have years of experience, training helps you spend less time wondering what to do and more time creating great experiences for your Scouts.

You don't have to figure it out alone!  These trainings will help you gather the resources you need to make your first year as a Den Leader a success.

Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training provides new leaders the basic information they need to successfully carry out the duties of their position. The course brings together all the basics of Cub Scout leadership into one course, with separate mini-modules to deal with position-specific topics including den leader, Cubmaster, and pack committee. Completion of this training, along with the online Hazardous Weather Training module, will ensure new leaders meet their position-specific training requirements.
