Join us for Beaver Day, a special event where Scouting volunteers come together to clean up and prepare ZBASE for the upcoming activities and Summer Camp season. Tasks may include trail maintenance, campsite setup, debris removal, and general beautification. Whether you're a seasoned Scout or a first-time volunteer, Beaver Day is a fantastic way to give back to the camp.

No matter your skill level or experience, your contributions will have a lasting impact on the camp and the many Scouts who will visit throughout the year. Whether you’re working with tools, raking leaves, or simply pitching in where needed, your efforts will help create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all who come to experience the joy of Scouting at ZBASE.

Who:

Beaver Day is open to both Packs, Troops, Families and Individual Volunteers, making it an excellent opportunity for everyone to get involved, whether you're part of a group or coming on your own. Here’s how you can participate:

What to bring:
Work gloves, weed eaters, clippers, loppers, rakes, and any other outdoor work tools you have available.

Tentative Schedule:

8:00 AM   Check-in 

8:30 AM    Work crews start in areas

Noon         Lunch (provided to all volunteers!)

1:00 PM    Crews resume work

4:00 PM     Projects are completed
