America250 Celebration is Last Frontier Council’s celebration of the United States’ 250th anniversary of independence. In partnership with the national America250 initiative, the official U.S. Semi-quincentennial Commission, Scouts are invited to honor this historic milestone through demonstrations of outdoor skills, leadership, hands-on learning, and similar presentations of the Scouting America programs. The event ties Scouting’s traditions of character, citizenship, and outdoor adventure into a commemoration of American history and ideals, offering opportunities to explore, serve others, and begin the next chapter of the American story.

What: 20 outdoor/community related vendor booths, 45+ Scouting activity booths, Patriotic entertainment and demonstrations group, ice cream social followed by a fireworks display. Check out the leader guide for more details.
