Location: Stillwater Medical Center West Conference Room

1323 W. 6th Ave., Stillwater OK

Parking: Park in the northwest corner of the parking lot (north of the emergency room parking lot)

Enter through the west entrance of the hospital.  Go through both glass doors and the room is the first door on the left.  

Doors open at 3:30, seminar starts at 4.  

This seminar is tailored to help Scouts navigate the entire Eagle Scout process from "Idea to Court of Honor".

Who should attend: Life Scouts, Parent/Guardians of Life Scouts, Unit Leaders, Unit Advancement Chairs, Eagle Board of Review members, Eagle Project Coaches.  (This seminar is not limited to Life Scouts)

Seating is limited to 120 persons.

Scouts are encouraged to bring a parent/guardian. Parent/Guardians also need to register.
