Check-in:  7:45-8:00 A.M.      Classes begin:  8:00am

If Scouts only signed up for Merit Badges that start later in the day, they do not need to be there until their Merit Badge begins.  Please check in with the Merit Badge Univ Coordinator.  If Scouts sign up for Merit Badges that finish earlier than 4:30 they can leave.  Please check out w/ the Merit Badge Univ Coordinator.

Uniform Requirements:  Scout Uniform for all Scouts and Leaders.

COVID-19 Safety Requirements: All Scouts and Leaders must fill out a Pre-Screening Checklist. We will have a temperature check in the foyer for all Scouts.

Anyone who feels sick must stay home. If you become sick or develop symptoms, isolate yourself then go home and seek care.
Everyone must wear a mask and maintain physical distancing in the classrooms.

Course Offering: We are offering 13 merit badges in American Business, Art, Chess, Citizenship in the Nation, Digital Technology, Entrepreneurship, Family Life, Fire Safety, Personal Fitness, Public Speaking, Radio, Reading,and Weather.

Registration: On-line https://scoutingevent.com/480-BBMBUniv2022.  We are accepting registrations up until April 9th.  Walk-ins will not be allowed.  Please provide an e-mail address & emergency contact phone when registering in case there are any last-minute changes to instructor availability or any issues on the day of the Merit Badge University.   As an alternative to on-line registration, you can register at the Scout shop in Lawton during normal business hours, but we prefer on-line registration.

Costs and Fees: A $15.00 non-refundable registration fee per Scout will be required (no matter the number or type of Merit Badge classes you sign up for).  Your fee includes lunch and a patch. 

Requirements (what to bring):

Scout Merit Badge book (optional)
Printed worksheets available on the registration site
Complete and bring all completed prerequisites (if applicable) and a pen or pencil.

Merit Badges with multiple offerings: Some merit badge classes (Fire Safety and Chess), have multiple offerings of the class, you only have to sign up for one of the sessions (morning or afternoon).
