Orienteering, the use of map and compass to find locations and plan a journey, has been a vital skill for humans for thousands of years. Orienteering is also a recognized sport at the Olympic Games, and thousands of people participate in the sport each year in local clubs and competitions.

Join us at the Council office to earn this exciting Merit Badge.  The second session will include a field trip.

There are two sessions required to earn this Merit Badge, Scouts must attend both sessions.  Scouts are encouraged to read the Merit Badge pamphlet to prepare, and to print and start filling out the Merit Badge workbook.  Both are attached.
