Cub Scout Family Camp and Fishing Derby

Williams Scout Reservation

September 13-14, 2025

Cubs and their families are invited for a Fall Campout at Williams Scout Reservation. There will be a fishing derby on Saturday morning. All Scouts and siblings are invited to participate. Camping is not required. You are welcome to join us Saturday only if you cannot camp.

Lions, Tigers, and Wolf Scouts MUST attend with at least ONE ADULT (mom or dad or both, a grandparent or any other adult family member if mom or dad cannot attend).

The BSA Medical Health Form A & B are REQUIRED for each participant.

Fishing participants must bring their own fishing pole, tackle, and bait.

Trout lines are not allowed. This is a catch and release event.

The cost is $25 per Scout, which includes two meals on Saturday and and a patch. $15 per adult/sibling, which includes meals and a patch.

Please remember pets, alcohol, and firearms are not permitted on camp property. 

Schedule of Events:

Arrive Friday Night (Camp opens at 5 pm: eat before arriving)

• setup camp
• lights out by 10 pm

Saturday morning

• Breakfast at 7:00 am
• Announcements/Flags 7:45 AM
• Fishing Begins 8:00 AM
• Fishing Ends 12:00 PM
• There will be other stations TBA during this time
• Lunch 12:30 PM
• Awards/Prizes 1:30 PM
• Break Camp/Depart for Home 2:00 PM
