We are pleased to be presenting the Silver Beaver award to Mark Banta and Connie Roberts, two exceptional Scouting volunteers who have made a tremendous positive difference within our Council.  We will also present James E. West awards and the Journey to Excellence Awards.  The new executive board and officers will be elected.  Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be available.
