- Fall Recruiting Efforts: Fall is a prime time for recruiting new members. We’ll provide tips, resources, and best practices to help you attract new Scouts and leaders, ensuring our District continues to grow and thrive.

Food and Fellowship:

We’ll be firing up the grill with hamburgers and hotdogs, generously provided by the District. To make our meal complete, we invite you to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Think of your favorite picnic staples like potato salad, coleslaw, brownies, or cookies – your contribution will help create a diverse and delightful spread for everyone to enjoy.

Family-Friendly Fun:

Bring your families along! There will be plenty of activities for everyone. Children can enjoy the playgrounds and open spaces at Memorial Park, ensuring they have a fun-filled day while you engage with fellow Scouters.

Unit Popcorn Packets:

We will have Unit Popcorn Packets available for pickup at the event. To ensure we have everything ready for you, we ask that the Unit Leader or Popcorn Kernel complete this survey with their specific needs.

Registration and Attendance:

This is a free event, but we kindly ask that you register in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure we have enough food for everyone. Your registration helps us make this event as enjoyable and smooth as possible.

Meet and Greet:

You’ll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with your Council and District Staff, dedicated Volunteers, and other leaders from across our District.
