Your Next Scouting Adventure Starts Here!

This exciting overnight experience is designed to challenge and inspire rising Scouts as they prepare for the next step in their Scouting journey. Throughout this event, Scouts will work alongside local Scouts BSA troops while tackling hands-on challenges such as fire building, creating a "Tent City", and other outdoor skills.

As the day comes to a close, everyone can relax, socialize, and enjoy one of the council's favorite traditions - the Root Beer Cantina!

Camp Schedule

• Check-in: Tuesday, July 20th at 3:00 PM at the White Star Barn
• Site/Tent Set-up: 3:00 - 3:40 PM
• Opening Flags: 3:45 PM
• Programming Begins: 4:00 PM
• Programming Ends: 7:45 AM on Wednesday, July 21st with the beginning of Eagle Bay Day Camp

Who Can Attend?

This overnight is open to all Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts in Erie Shores Council.

Please Note: Each Scout should be accompanied by his/her adult partner 21+ if not registered as a den with proper two-deep leadership. There is no extra charge for the adult partner.

Registration

Dates: March 1 - July 9

Cost: $55 per Scout

Registration Includes:

• Event T-shirt
• 3 Meals (Tues. supper, Wed. breakfast and lunch)
• Custom event patch
• Full program of activities
• Full-time medical staff
• Trained volunteer leadership

Health Forms

All participants must submit the Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B) before camp.

Cancellation Policy

Registration closes July 9th - No refunds after this date.

**Should any of our activities or camps be postponed or cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If camp is postponed and your Scout is unable to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund. Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, or prior to the deadline date for reservations, whichever is less, will recieve a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administrative charge. No refunds will be made after the cancellation deadline.
