Order of the Arrow Induction

The Order of the Arrow Induction is a unique opportunity for newly elected candidates to complete the induction process and officially become members of Scouting’s National Honor Society. During the Induction, candidates will participate in meaningful service, personal reflection, and fellowship while learning more about the traditions and ideals of the Order of the Arrow.

Throughout the weekend, candidates will work alongside fellow Scouts and Arrowmen to provide service that benefits camp, strengthen their connection to Scouting, and discover the true meaning of cheerful service. The Induction is designed to challenge participants while helping them grow as leaders and committed members of their units and the Scouting community.
