A Weekend of Adventure, Leadership, and Friendship

Join us at Historic Camp Miakonda for a weekend of camping, outdoor adventure, and fellowship at the Female Troop & Arrow of Light Camporee!

This annual event brings together Erie Shores Council female Scouts BSA troops and female Arrow of Light Scouts for a fun-filled weekend of Scouting. Female troops will have the opportunity to showcase their program, mentor younger Scouts, and connect with fellow troops from across the council. Arrow of Light Scouts can experience Scouts BSA camping firsthand and begin building relationships as they prepare for the transition into a troop.

Who Can Attend?

Registered female Erie Shores Council Scouts BSA troops and Arrow of Light Scouts.

Troop Lodging

Scouts BSA troops planning to attend must reserve their lodging by October 7 by emailing Ellen Watkins. Event payments are due 30 days before the event.

Saturday Evening Cracker Barrel

Join us Saturday at 8:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Fire Ring for a council-sponsored Craker Barrel. This is a great opportunity for Scouts and leaders to relax, enjoy refreshments, and meet Scouts from across the council.

Event Patch

Commemorative participant patch will be available for $4.00 each. Patches will be distributed following the event.

Leadership Requirements

Arrow of Light packs must provide a minimum of two registered adult leaders.

Individual Arrow of Light Scouts attending without their pack must have a parent or guardian in attendance.

Scouts BSA troops must meet all Scouting America Youth Protection and leadership requirements.

Please Note: This is NOT a family campout. The event is intended for registered female Scouts BSA troops, female Arrow of Light Scouts, and their required adult leadership or parents/guardians in accordance with Scouting America leadership policies.
