Register now and pay your deposit of $100 for a spot in the Takhone Contingent for the 2020 National Order of the Arrow Conference at Michigan State University.  

The cost to attend has been set at $650.  Payment schedule is $100 with registration, a second payment due in February and the final payment in May.


Adults (21 and older) will be selected based on the need to provide responsible leadership supervision for the contingent (at least 1 adult for every 15 youth).

A $100 deposit is due with your reservation.  You will then be added to our contingent reservation.  It is our anticipation that we will get all the spots we ask for.

Registrants must be dues paid members of Takhone Lodge and registered with the Pathway to Adventure Council.  Registrants will also need to complete a BSA medical form with physical performed after September 1, 2019.  The link for the specific form needed is below.

Included in the total cost are all meals, lodging, transportation, five full days of program and training, insurance, and recognition items during the six day conference. Attendees will also be required to bring full Scout Field and Activity uniforms for each day, and will most likely bring more funds for purchase of addition food and souvenirs during the Conference.
