2023 National Scout Jamboree, PTAC Contingent

Event Details

2023
National Scout Jamboree

July 17-29, 2023
Summit Bechtel Reserve, WV

Scouts and Venturers from across the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana will join in an adventure of a lifetime!

In the fall of 2022, Scouts and Venturers will be allocated to troops and crews based on the Scout’s and Venturer’s geographic location. This allows Scouts and Venturers from the same troop or crew and neighboring troops and crews to come together to form contingent troops and crews. Contingent troops and crews consist of 40 participants, 36 youth and four adult leaders.

Registering for the 2023 National Scout Jamboree is a two-step process:

Step 1:  Youth attending the Jamboree with Pathway to Adventure Council register on this website and make their Jamboree payments on schedule. For youth Jamboree registrations, be sure to use youth registrant’s BSA Member ID, not a parent’s or guardian’s BSA Member ID number.

Step 2: Apply to attend the Jamboree on the National Scout Jamboree website, https://jamboree.scouting.org/. All interested youth and adult applicants can apply to attend the Jamboree.

For youth Jamboree applicants, be sure to use youth applicant’s BSA Member ID, not a parent’s or guardian’s BSA Member ID number.
