  • 90 Minutes of Scouts BSA Conservation Service Work

Program Times & Activities

8:30-9 AM     Check-in at Sagawau Environmental Center

9-9:30 AM     Kick-off Presentation

9:30-Noon     Hike 1.5mi by the Sagawau Canyon to the Quarry for a fossil presentation then participate in a 90-minute conservation service project

Noon – 1 PM     Lunch Sagawau Center Conservation Midway &

1-1:30 PM          Shuttle by Troop car to Teason’s Woods
                          104 th St. Willow Springs Rd and Rt 83

1:30 – 4:30 PM   Hike 3.5mi in Cap Sauer’s Holdings leaving and returning to Teason’s Woods

Bring: Lunch, clothes and hiking shoes for mud and streams
