Your Family's Financial Future: A Seminar by Wintrust

In partnership with Wintrust Financial, PTAC welcomes our families to attend an educational seminar centered around two important financial topics affecting our youth, College Savings Options and Fraud Prevention. All aged Scouts and their families are encouraged to attend. Did you know that about 50% of families have started saving for college using a variety of different types of accounts and plans. The other 50% who have not started planning say they don’t know where to begin and how to research the different options that are available. If you are undecided on what is the best way to save for college, than this seminar is for you. A representative from Wintrust Wealth Management, will discuss different savings options and the pros and cons of them. How can you protect yourself and your hard earned money from fraud? There are many things to think about and ways to protect your identity as well as your bank account. A banker from Wintrust Financial, will be discussing ways you can protect you money and the current scams that are being used to get access to personal and private information.
