The objective of this course is to help Scouting units extend their camping season to all 12 months of the year. It is expected that the participants of this course will go back to their units and share the knowledge and skills learned in this course.  TAKE IT BACK!!

Keep outdoor activities and camping alive all 12 months of the year!! Our Train the Trainer program will provide you with the knowledge and materials to share knowledge and skills learned to conduct cold weather activities and camping within your units. Learn about Winter Travel, Sleep Systems, Equipment and Tents, Cooking and Nutrition, Snow Shoes, Cross Country Skiing and Outdoor Winter Games.

PRACTICAL WEEKEND
January 7th - 8th, 2023 (arrive 7:30am on Saturday, done approx. noon on Sunday)

Open to Scouters & Scouts 14 years of age and older (minimum First Class Rank). REGISTER TODAY!

$65 per person ($75 starting October 1st)
 

Attendance at all three classroom sessions and the practical weekend campout are required to complete the course.
