Scoutmaster & Assistant Specific Training provides Scoutmasters and Assistants with the basic information and tools they need to lead a successful troop. This course along with Introduction to Outdoor Leaders Skills is required training for all Scoutmasters and Asst Scoutmasters to be considered trained for their position.

This is a uniformed event; check-in will be at 9:30 AM and we will start promptly at 10 AM.

Participants should bring a notebook and pen.

Participant should have a copy of the Troop Leaders Guide Book, Vol 1, which is available at the local scout shops or you can order a copy at this site to be picked up at the course.

Cost: No fee – Online registration is strongly recommended so adequate supplies will be available on the day of the training.

The Mecca Center is located on 91st Street, 1 block west of RT83.
