A deposit of $140.00 is required at time of registration. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to outstanding balances and any new registrations beginning 5/23/2020 Course 1 and 5/30/2020 for Course 2.
All Attending Youth must:
* Provide a copy of a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A, B, & C.
* Provide a copy of a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A, B, & C.
Do not send the original, the copy will not be returned. Forms will be due by June 1, 2020. Forms are available for download at: https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/
