SCOUTBOOK TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Scoutbook is the BSA’s online tool for managing and tracking Scouting advancement. It also has tools to help increase the efficiency of your unit including messaging, forums, calendars, and tracking of service, hiking, and camping hours. The best part? As of January 1st 2019, Scoutbook is completely FREE!

But, how does this system work? How do I access it? How do I enter in advancement for my unit?

 We’ve got answers to all your Scoutbook questions! The Pathway to Adventure Council Advancement Committee is proudly presenting four workshops held across the Council to help you learn Scoutbook, answers any questions you have, and unlock the simplicity of tracking advancement in 2019!

Bring your laptop, tablet, and/or mobile device, with your questions, and great spirit to one of the following sessions this February. Participants will learn from PTAC’s very own Jason Akai, a member of the National Scoutbook User Advisory Council!

Workshop #1 - Saturday February 2, 10am-noon
Steve Fossett Center for Scouting, Chicago

Workshop #2 - Tuesday February 12, 7-9pm
South Suburban College, Oak Forest (In conference room by Campus Police)

Workshop #3 - Saturday February 16th - 1-3pm
LaGrange Park Library, LaGrange Park (In the Community Room)

Workshop #4 - Thursday February 28th - 7-9pm
Arlington Heights Center for Scouting, Arlington Heights Location Change!!
