A required deposit of 140.00 is due when making your registration.
Payment by credit/debit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee
Payment by check (online/E-check or in-person) has no additional fee

A late fee of 50.00 will be applied to outstanding balances and any new registrations beginning 29 days before the start of the course.

All Attending Youth must:
* Provide copies of completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A, B, & C  participants will need 2 copies and should not send the original, the copies will not be returned.  They will be due by June 1, 2019.  Forms are available for download at

NYLT Scholarship Application  DEADLINE APRIL 15, 2019

Most of the food items served during the NYLT course will be acceptable to those needing a peanut/tree nut free diet.  When there are items that may contain these allergens, an alternative will be available.  The courses can also offer substitutions for those following a vegetarian diet.  Please be sure to note either of these requests when you register so the quartermasters are prepared to accommodate your needs.  If you have any questions or special concerns about the menu, please contact the National Youth Leadership Training Coordinator for Pathway to Adventure Council at
