What is an Elangomat?
An Elangomat is an Arrowman who decides to take a step in service to their lodge by guiding others through the Induction process, starting with the Ordeal, and ending with conversion to Brotherhood level. They take a group of about 10 arrowmen under their wing to help them advance through the Order of the Arrow. We will need Elangomats for our EUG Weekend from Sep 7-8 and the Fall Fellowship from Oct 12-14

Why should I be an Elangomat?
Elangomats are the most important position in the OA, and we cannot function without them. In addition to fulfilling your obligation of service and being the best possible way to get more involved in the OA, there are also tiers of recognition and perks based on how many OA members from your Elangomat clan reach Brotherhood level. See attached flyer for details!
