Scoutmaster & Assistant Specific Training provides Scoutmasters and Assistants with the basic information and tools they need to lead successful Boy Scout troops. This course along with Introduction to Outdoor Leaders Skills is required training for all Scoutmasters and Asst Scoutmasters to be considered trained for their position.

This is a uniformed event, check-in will be at 8:45 AM and we will start promptly at 9:00 AM.  The course will end at 1:30 PM

Participants should bring a notebook and pen.

Participant should have a copy of the Troop Leaders Guide Book, Vol 1, which is available at the local scout shops or you can order a copy at this site to be picked up at the course.

Cost: No fee – Online registration is strongly recommended so adequate supplies will be available on the day of the training
