Annual recognition dinner celebrating Eagle Scouts, Venturing Summit Award Recipients and Sea Scout Quartermaster Award Recipients from 2019. This is the premier annual youth recognition event for those who attained the highest possible award in their chosen programs.

Our guest speaker for the evening will be WGN Reporter, Dean Richards.  Mr. Richards is an Emmy Award winning entertainment reporter and critic. A native of Chicago, Dean worked his way through a string of suburban Chicago radio stations after completing his Broadcast Communications/Marketing degree at Columbia College. A veteran of the Chicago’s broadcasting scene since 1975.  He has worked with WGN TV and radio for over 20 years.  Dean  has lent support to numerous organizations including Howard Brown Health Center, Horizons Community Services (now Center on Halsted), Open Hand Chicago, and was awarded a citation by Stop AIDS Chicago for his contributions to the fight against AIDS.
