Den Chief Training - La Grange Area
The Den Chief is a critical member of the Cub Scout leadership team. To be successful, he must realize the importance of his job. Den Chief Training is intended to build enthusiasm for the position, develop high morals, and teach the skills the Den Chief will need to be successful.
Den Chief Training is required for Boy Scouts who wish to serve as a Den Chief for a Pack.
This is a uniformed event, check in starts at 8:30 am and we will begin promptly at 9 am ending at noon.
Bring a notebook and pen.
It is strongly suggested that scouts obtain a copy of the Den Chief Handbook which is available at the local scout shops.
Cost: No fee – Online registration is strongly recommended so adequate supplies will be available on the day of the training.
