Cub Scouts will be led by troop guides who are registered Boy Scouts from area troops. The program itself which will consist of a craft phase, rocket launching, archery, orienteering, skit making, and fishing will be conducted by trained scouts and adult leaders from PTAC units. To sweeten the deal, the NOVA Science Everywhere award can be earned by the Cub Scouts who participate in all parts of the program. This will necessitate arriving Friday afternoon or evening in order to start the program.
You must bring parts A and B of the Boy Scouts medical form and the enclosed release waiver. There can be no exceptions. I will have forms available if you forget, but please don’t forget as filling these forms is time consuming. The form can be found HERE
