Merit Badge Clinic

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14 8:00 am – 12:00 pm St. Hubert Church 729 Grand Canyon St, Hoffman Estates,IL 60169 Held in the St. Hubert Gym (Entry through Door #34, accessed via the parking lot on the south side of the property)

Scouts MUST bring a troop-signed merit badge card.

Scouts MUST wear their Class A uniform to earn Merit Badges.

If work is completed and documented, the counselor may sign merit badge cards at their discretion. ALL projects, ART and otherwise, musical instruments or other requirements must be brought to the counselor to receive credit from the counselor.

PLEASE NOTE: Cards will NOT be signed without above support.

10:00 am – Brief meeting on how to earn a Merit Badge

10:30 am – Fingerprinting Merit Badge

Both meetings will be in the St. Hubert Club Room, located across the hall from the gym St. Hubert is not a Wi-Fi hot spot: to use a laptop you must have wireless Internet access via phone tether.
