All Aboard for the 53rd Railroading Merit Badge Class!

Here we go again! Join the Miami Valley Division of the National Model Railroad Association for one of the most unique merit badge opportunities around the Miami Valley and beyond!

Scouts BSA are invited to earn the Railroading Merit Badge during this one-day class. Scouts will explore the history of railroading, its role in modern society, careers in the railroad industry, and railroading as a hobby.

Scouts should arrive in uniform and prepared to participate. Bring your own lunch.

Registration: August 15–October 14, 2026
Space is limited to the first 25 Scouts! Once the class is full, a waiting list will be started to fill any openings that become available.
