Miami Valley Council's New Member Coordinator Kick-off

Who should attend: This event is for Cub Scout Pack New Member Coordinators.  This person does not have to be a registered leader, but will be the point person for the pack who leads the fall and spring recruiting efforts.   

What to expect: Join us for food and a fun and informative evening!!  The Council's Cub Scout Membership and Staff will provide valueable training and incites about organnizing your Join Scout Night, How to request Flyers and other important recruiting materials, and how to request Geo-Fencing for your Join Scout Night event!  Each New Member Coordinator (only 1 shirt per pack) will receive a special shirt to identify them as such!!

When: Tuesday July 28, 2026

• 7:00-7:30pm: Doors Open and Food Served 
• 6:30-8:30pm: Training Sessions
• 8:30-9:00pm: Collect your Signs, Posters, and other materials.
