This year’s event will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Check in will be from 8:30am-9am with the event starting around 9:15am, normally the ceremony lasts for about 30 minutes then the flags are placed at the graves.

Important note: In order to be presented with a pin, units must pre-register Scouts and Adults participating. Actual participation will be noted by staff the day of the event and pins will be presented.

This event is completely organized by the American Legion of Ohio as well as Dayton National Cemetery.  The American Legion normally supplies around 2,500 pins for the volunteers who participate.
