FISHING / FLY FISHING MERIT BADGE FLASH CLASS

Who: Scouts BSA, ages 11-17

What: 15 slots available for Fly Fishing MB and 35 slots available for Fishing MB

When: May 19-20, 2023

Where: Troy Fish & Game Club 2618 Lefevre Rd. Troy, OH 45373

Cost: $10 registration fee (includes Friday cracker barrel, camping fees, and fishing supplies) *Parents and leaders welcome to attend and camp for free but will be responsible for their own meals, fishing gear, etc.*

OVERNIGHT CAMPING (OPTIONAL BUT ENCOURAGED)

Schedule: 
May 19:
5pm - Arrival and set up camp
7pm- cracker barrel & start requirements
10pm- End class
11pm - Bedtime
May 20:
8am - Breakfast *(scouts responsible for bringing their own breakfast)
9am - Resume MB classes
10am- Begin fishing
12pm - Lunch break *(scouts responsible for bringing a packed lunch)
Continue Fishing
4pm - wrap up fishing/receive blue cards/pack up camp

• Individual Camping Gear
• Fishing Poles (please indicate at registration if you plan to bring your own pole - we will supply poles to all scouts unless they plan to bring their own)
• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Snacks
• Merit Badge Blue-Card
