Angling Educator Training

Everything you need to know to take your Scouts fishing! This program is designed to give participants—whether experienced anglers or complete beginners—the practical skills, ethical understanding, and confidence to successfully fish at a pond. It is ideal training for adult and youth leaders who want to take dens, patrols, or units on fishing outings.

Requirements to attend:

• Minimum age: 13 and over, registered in Scouting America
• A willingness to learn about educating others in fishing

• Notebook and pen
