OA Section E13 Conclave 2025

Conclave 2025 is a gathering of the eight lodges of Section E13 of the Order of the Arrow. Come join us for “Fear on the Frontier” at Camp Falling Rock in Newark, Ohio. We will be exploring the frontier and searching for cryptids.

This is a tent camping event. Please bring your own tent. You will not be able to drive to your campsite so plan accordingly.

If you have a medical issue that prevents tent camping, limited cabin spots are available and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. You MUST contact Mr. Rob Fanska before the event to be assigned a cabin spot. 

Parts A&B of the medical form and a signed copy of the Section Code of Conduct are required at check-in. We will not accept electronic versions of either.
