Ready, Set, SCOUT! is coming, and it’s the perfect launchpad for scouts and parents new to Scouts BSA, and for experienced scouts looking to improve their skills! This engaging training event will introduce families to the Scouts BSA Organization, including Troop leadership roles, key terminology (what is a PLC anyway?), District events, and training opportunities. You’ll also gain a clear understanding of the Rank Advancement Process, ensuring every Scout knows the path to success. Whether you’re brand new to Scouting, an experienced scout/parent looking for a confidence boost, or an older Cub Scout looking to get prepared for Scouts BSA, this program is designed to make the transition into Troop life smooth and exciting.

From camping skills and gear essentials to cooking techniques, Ready, Set, SCOUT! covers the practical knowledge every Scout and parent needs to thrive. By the end of the morning, you’ll feel prepared, empowered, and ready to dive into the adventure of Scouting with confidence.
