Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS)

Every Scout deserves a trained leader! This hands-on program gives adult leaders an introduction to the patrol method of a Scout-led troop by teaching many of the outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. The EDGE teaching methods, activities, and games model the variety of teaching used in effective and engaging Scouting programs.

Participants are welcome to arrive Friday evening for camping and additional learning activities.

Participants will need to complete the Scoutmaster Specific Training, S24 online prior to attending.
