LLD is the Lodge's annual training session for leaders within our Lodge. This event is catered to our LEC members and our Chapter Leadership teams. Here you will learn everything on how the Lodge operates and what it takes to be successful in your new position. We highly recommend this day of training for all OA Members, especially members who want to be a Chapter or Lodge Officer, LEC Members and OA Troop Reps. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Registration and a light breakfast begin at 8:00 AM at the Simon Kenton Council Service Center and a lunch will be served mid-day.
A Lodge Executive Committee meeting will immediately follow the training session.
This is a free event however we ask that you pre-register so we know how much food we need.
