is an interactive indoor and outdoor learning experience, taught by an experienced and enthusiastic staff. This enhanced course allows Parents, Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Committee Chairs, Chartered Organization Representatives, Committee Members, Webelos Leaders and Den Leaders to “live” Scouting and learn by doing. It helps Webelos Leaders, Cub Leaders and parents to prepare early for their Scouts’ “Crossing Over” into Scouting. The course provides great fun, new friends and outstanding benefits for all Scouters age 18 and older.

Participants can customize their experience based on their individual training needs. We strongly encourage Scouters to attend all sessions to get the most benefit from this enhanced course.  Those who have completed the on-line or in-person versions of SM/ASM Specific Training elsewhere, IOLS (S11) only can be completed by attending Session 2 and 3.
