The key to quality Scouting is trained leaders. Whether in direct-contact or supporting roles, trained leaders ensure the aims of Scouting are achieved using the methods of Boy Scouting. During this training, participants will discuss the roles and responsibilities of a pack committee /troop committee and how to support the youth leadership and the Cub Master/ Scoutmaster to deliver a high-quality program.

This will be an in person delivery on the roles, responsibilities, and how to support your unit.
