Payment Timeline:
• by February 6: Confirm attendance numbers on the registration portal

• by March 26: 1st Payment Due ($140 per Dining Hall Scout, $100 per Patrol Cooking Scout)

• April 21: Part-Time Adult entry opens

• May 7: Early Discount deadline (payment in full for all attendees)

• May 17: Apparel Pre-Order deadline (details TBA)

• Regular fee applies from May 8 until 14 days prior to your week of camp

• Late fee applies within the 14-day window before your Troop arrives
