Enjoy a free weekend of summer camp programs as the next chapter of the Order of the Arrow is launched in Northeast Ohio. Erielhonan Lodge’s debut event will be Fri.-Sun., June 2-4 at Beaumont Scout Reservation. Come meet new Arrowmen from our expanded lodge and experience the fun of summer camp without the crowds.

Who: All Arrowmen residing in the new Northeast Ohio council territory. OA 2017 dues must be paid to participate.

When: Check-in opens 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 2 at the Augustus Training Center. Check-out is 10 a.m. Sunday, June 4

Where: Beaumont Scout Reservation 

Cost: FREE if registered by Wednesday, May 24, 2017 12 noon Monday, May 29, 2017. Late registrations will not be accepted.

What to bring:  Pack for a Scouting cabin camping weekend, including sleeping bag, pillow, swim suit, towel, personal toiletries, rain gear, sunscreen, insect repellent, water bottle, changes of clothing, BSA field uniform and OA sash. Bring money for the trading post and OA flaps if you’d like to trade.

In order to attend, you must:

• Register by Wednesday, May 24, 12 noon Monday, May 29, even if you bought an annual pass. We need to know you’re coming to make sure we have enough food!
• Bring a current, completed and signed BSA Annual Health & Medical Record, Parts A & B. If you are under 18, it must be signed by your parent or legal guardian, whether or not they are attending with you. The person with whom you are riding home must be listed on the Scout release section.
• Be up-to-date on Youth Protection Training (if 18 or older).
