Open Labs

Join us Wednesday nights at the Adventure Lab for Open Lab Nights!

From 6pm-8:30pm, the Adventure Lab is YOUR place to explore exciting topics, career opportunities, and cool gadgets and projects!

Open Labs are opened to Students, ages 11-17. Each Open Lab will be based around a theme with 3+ active, self-exploration stations associated with that topic. Students are able to attend the Lab the entire time or leave as early as they like. For this reason, parents are encouraged to stay on site during Open Labs. Open Labs will be run by our Program Coordinator, Riley Strickland, and on occasion additional Merit Badge Counselors and industry professionals.

Open Labs are based on the respective Merit Badge curriculum, focusing on the more difficult and specialized requirements. Scouts could use Open Labs to complete a few requirements for those Merit Badges, however, Scouts should not expect to fully complete a Merit Badge through the Open Labs alone.

Cost:

$5 per student 

Drop-ins are available as well and can pay onsite, but we encourage pre-registration so that we have the proper amount of supplies.
