Erielhonan Lodge is offering a commemorative lodge flap for the event. As an incentive for members to register early—and to pay their 2023 dues—the flap is included for the first 200 dues-paid (2023) lodge members who register for the banquet.

Note: The flap will only be given to 2023 dues-paid members, not guests.

Pricing Information:

• $30 per person early-bird pricing (Early-bird pricing closes 11:59 p.m. Sunday,  December 18, 2022)
• $35 per person regular pricing
• $40 per person late fee pricing (Late fee pricing will be applied starting Sunday, January 08, 2023)

Registration closes 11:59 p.m. Sunday, January. 22, 2023

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will only be provided if the following happens:

The event is canceled by Erielhonan Lodge.

Otherwise, the standard refund policy applies:

Cancellation 14 or more days before the event results in a full refund less a $5 fee.
Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the event results in a full refund less a $10 fee.
Cancellation 6 days or less before the event results in no refund.
