Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 restrictions and the health and safety of our members the summer induction weekend will only be open to the following individuals:

Ordeal Candidates

Brotherhood Candidates

Vigil Candidates

Core Staff

This decision was not made lightly, but is being utilized to ensure the health and safety of the candidates and our members. If you have not been contacted to attend as core staff, and feel this was in error or wish to volunteer on the core staff please contact Joe Wollet at erielhonanlodge@gmail.com.

Due to the event changes the pricing structure has also been adjusted:

Ordeal Candidates (Elected on or after 01 February 2019): $35.00

Brotherhood Candidates: $20.00

Vigil Candidates: Free (To Register as a Vigil Candidate contact Sean Fahnestock - 440-476-9318)

Vigil Sponsors and Core Staff: $5.00 (To Register as a Vigil Sponsor or Core Staff contact Sean Fahnestock - 440-476-9318)

Ordeal Candidates are asked to arrive at 7:30 Pm on Friday evening and will be ready for pick up at 2:00 PM Saturday.

Brotherhood Candidates are asked to arrive at 10:00 Saturday and will be ready for pick up at 3:00 PM Saturday.

Vigil Candidates are asked to arrive at 7:00 PM on Friday evening and will be ready for pick at 3:00 PM Saturday.

As with summer camp operations a 14 day temperature log will be required for all participants upon arriving at Beaumont Scout Reservation, and all individuals in the car will be temperature checked prior to entry into camp. If any passenger has a temperature greater than 100 degrees the entire car will be denied entry. Temperature check logs will be emailed to all participants and can also be downloaded from the documents section.

 *Packing list for Ordeal candidates:

Ground tarp, sleeping bag, work clothes, work gloves, water bottle, BSA field uniform, change of clothes (for after the ordeal), and rain gear, all in a day pack or small backpack that can be carried.

ALL attendees must have a full BSA field uniform, turn in a current BSA medical form, and a 14 day temperature log in order to participate.
