Fall Fellowship Weekend

The zombies return one last time for Fall Fellowship and it is up to us to once again protect Beaumont!

Survive being overrun by the undead by competing as chapters in fun games, climbing to safety, and much more. Only those who compete and survive will make it to the ultimate apocalypse party!

We invite candidates wishing to complete their Ordeal, Ordeal members seeking to seal their membership in Brotherhood, and all Arrowmen looking for an exciting weekend filled with cheerful service.

Brotherhood opportunity for eligible members!

*Packing list for Ordeal candidates: Ground tarp, sleeping bag, work clothes (e.g. jeans, long-sleeve shirt), work gloves, water bottle, shower gear, BSA field uniform, change of clothes (for Sunday), rain gear, and a tent (for Saturday night only) all in a day pack or small backpack that can be carried.

Lodging for all attendees will be tents. Cabin space will be available for those with medical issues who require it. Please email lodgeadviser@erielhonan.org to request cabin space and be aware: cabin space is limited.

ALL attendees must have a full BSA field uniform and turn in a current BSA medical form (Parts A&B) to participate.

Arrival Times:

All Attendees are asked to arrive Friday evening at staggered times based on the county they reside in:

Erie, Huron, and Lorain Counties  - 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Cuyahoga and Summit Counties - 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Ashtabula, Geauga, and Lake Counties - 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM

If you plan to attend only on Saturday please notify membership@erielhonan.org so we can have a check-in team available for you. (Not Applicable to Ordeal Candidates)

Ordeal candidates are required to arrive no later than 10 PM on Friday evening and be present until at least 4 PM Saturday afternoon.

Event Cost

OA Member: $20 early-bird (ends August 11, 2024), $25 regular, and $30 late fee (begins August 25, 2024)

Brotherhood Candidate: $45 early-bird (ends August 11, 2024), $50 regular, and $55 late fee (begins August 25, 2024)

Ordeal Candidate: $50 (includes sash, handbook, lodge flap, and dues) regular fee

Registration closes at 11:59pm on September 08, 2024

REFUND POLICY
A full refund will only be provided if the following happens:

The event is canceled by Erielhonan Lodge.

Otherwise, the standard refund policy applies:

Cancellation 14 or more days before the event results in a full refund less a $5 fee.

Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the event results in a full refund less a $10 fee.

Cancellation 6 days or less before the event results in no refund.
