Scheduling Scouts for Badges

You will receive an emailed link within 24-hours from no-reply@greenbarhq.com for Merit Badge Session scheduling. Questions about scheduling should be directed to Al Goerlich.

Liability and safety regulations require us to set limits on the number of Scouts that can be accepted. Units that register late may find that the desired courses have already been filled and that few or no alternate courses are available. REGISTER EARLY! When a class is full, registration for that class will close. No exceptions!

We are in need of at least 30 adult volunteers willing to serve as merit badge clerks, assistant counselors, or as classroom chaperones. If you are willing to help, please contact Pam Minnich. With your help and cooperation, this will be another successful Merit Badge Midway!

Event Cost

Early Bird: $12 per Scout, $7 per adult
Regular: $20 per Scout, $7 per adult

Early Bird pricing ends on March 25, 11:59pm
Registration closes on April 28 at 11:59pm
